The invention consists principally of a rotor (2) entrained by homokinetic joints and capable of moving in ''x'' and ''y'' directions by means of jacks. The blades (4) of the rotor (2) pivot in the plane of the rotor and are connected in pairs to a lift-balancing link-rod. Each blade (4) is also articulated elastically and acts as a flapping wing.
