PURPOSE:To sufficiently absorb vibration generated in an engine case cover so as to suppress a noise due to a resonance, by holding a prescribed heavy-weighted member, mounted to an engine case, through a vibro-isolating member and forming a dynamic vibration absorptive system by the heavy-weighted member and the vibro-isolating member. CONSTITUTION:A mounting hole 3a is drilled in a set plate 3 in a position corresponding to a protruding part 1a, and a mounting screw 9, to each of which an inner collar 8 is inserted, is screwed to a threaded hole of the protruding part 1a. A cylindrical vibro-isolating member 10 made of rubber or the like is provided in the periphery of the inner collar 8. Accordingly, the set plate 3 receives the prescribed damper action by a vibro-isolating material but provides the freedom in the vertical direction to the main face 1b of an engine case cover, on the contrary the plate 3 is firmly fixed in the parallel direction to the main face 1b. Consequently, vibration generated in the engine case cover can be absorbed by dynamic vibration absorptive construction. |
