PURPOSE:To obtain stable starting of the captioned equipment by energizing a non-revolving element against a revolving element by means of an elastic member in such a manner that the non-revolving element can freely move within a certain range in the direction of the thrust. CONSTITUTION:A holder 27, which supports a non-revolving element 21, is provided with a hole 28, a receiving surface 29, a projected part 30, and a recessed part 52 to which a leaf spring 53 is attached. A revolving element 22 is provided with an end-plate 31, a scroll blade 32, and a cylindrical part 33. Once the compressive action starts, downward thrust force acts on the revolving element 22, while upward thrust force acts on the non-revolving element 21. In addition, owing to a leaf spring 53, downward thrust force acts on the non-revolving element 21. Since this downward thrust force is greater than the upward thrust force, no gap is formed between the end of the scroll blade 25 or 32 and each end plate 23 or 31. As a result, the sealing performance can be enhanced.
