The invention relates to a rechargeable device for dispensing, sheet by sheet, seat covers and a product acting as a seat cover which is automatically ejected after use. The device consists of a box 5, attachment studs 8, a presser 9 and a roller 10 which extracts, by means of friction, one sheet and one alone. The product consists of an outer ring 1 and a central tongue 2 taking up the traction forces and enabling the seat cover to be disposed of by means of the action of the water of the water flush.
