PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor stable in characteristic by mingling oxide superconductor fine particles in the solution which dissolved each raw material constituting fine particles so as to sinter the solution into the optional form. CONSTITUTION:Y-Ba-Cu oxide superconductor's fine particles 1 which is extremely fine in diameter is mingled in solution 4 which mingled, at the ratio of 1:2:3, aqueous solution that dissolved Y(NO3)2, Ba(NO3)2, Cu(NO3)2 by 0.5mol/l respectively. This solution is coated on a silver line or a ceramics board and then sintered for three hours or more at 900-950 deg.C in O2. According to this constitution, since a superconductive film is created in space between each fine particle 1, a superconductive material which has stable characteristic without gap can be easily formed and formed into any shape because it has proper viscosity. |
