PURPOSE:To realize the real-time processing of a satellite picture with a simple hardware using an inexpensive memory, by providing a table into which the information showing the position of the output picture data within the input picture data is written. CONSTITUTION:When the data equivalent to a frame is stored in an RAM101, a counter 103 starts its working to deliver its value (c). The address data (d) written to an ROM102 is delivered by the counter output (c), and an access is given to the RAM101. As a result, the output picture element data (b) is delivered. Then the color forming a synthetic color picture to which the data (b) is allotted is designated by the control signal (e) which is delivered concurrently with the data (d). In such a way, the counter 103 stops temporarily when it counts 0-3071 and starts again to repeat the same count action when the data equivalent to a following frame. |
