摘要

PURPOSE:To branch a microwave line by a simple circuit with an excellent electric separation degree by constituting a branching circuit at the branch part between an input microwave line and 1st and 2nd output microwave lines by using a transistor (TR) which has electric separating operation between electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The input microwave line 51 which has characteristic impedance Zo1 is connected to the gate electrode of the common source field effect transistor FETQ and the output microwave lines 52 and 53 which have characteristic impedance values Zo2 and Zo3 are connected to 1st drain electrode and 2nd drain electrode of the FETQ. A signal inputted to the input microwave line 51 is amplified and impedance-converted by the FETQ to perform electric power division and then respective divided signals are outputted to the output microwave lines 52 and 53. Here, the FETQ has the electric separating operation as known, so even if there are reflected waves from the output microwave lines 52 and 53, they never appear on the input microwave line 51 unlike a conventional example.
