PURPOSE:To prevent a filament of a luminous part from being deformed and disconnected by sticking metallic foils on an inner peripheral surface of a glass tube and using them as supports of the filament of the luminous part. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of molybdenum metallic foils 1 are stuck on an inner peripheral surface of a glass tube 4 made of quartz glass in a halogen electric lamp A, and the foils 1 on both the ends are buried respectively into pinch sealed parts 10. Filaments 9 which form luminous parts 7 are supported by these foils 1. Accordingly, even if the halogen electric lamp in an electronic copying machine or the like is provided with reciprocating motion or the like, external vibration is absorbed into the light foils 1 so that effects of the vibration on the filaments can be suppressed. Consequently the filaments can be prevented from being deformed and disconnected.
