<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate any fear of deformation or the like due to thermal stress in an anode segment as well as to make stable oscillation performable at high frequency by connecting an anode strap in the odd number from the center to the alternate anode segment, and connecting the anode strap of the even number to the remaining anode segment. CONSTITUTION:In the inner part of an anode cylinder 1, there are provided with anode segments 2-9 extending in the radial direction toward the center. These anode segments 2-19 are of the same size and radially arranged at equiangle, while anode straps 30, 31, 32 and 33 are installed in one side (surface) of these anode segments 2-19. These anode straps 30-33 have a different diameter each, and each of them is positioned on a concentric circle to the center of the anode cylinder 1, and the first anode strap 30 and the third anode strap 32 from the center are alternately connected to anode segments 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, while the second anode strap 31 and the fourth anode strap 33 are connected to remaining anode segments 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19. Thus, any fear of deformation or the like due to thermal stress of these anode segments is eliminated, thus stable oscillation can be done at high frequency.</p> |
