<p>PURPOSE:To securely and collectively control progressive condition and labor cost results per respective business by summing up the labor cost calculated from a construction voucher per generating dates and business codes and displaying the tabulated labor cost in separating to the business code. CONSTITUTION:An instruction voucher 1 or an appropriating voucher 2 is inputted from a keyboard 7. In the case of the instruction voucher, a summing up part 3 reads the unit price out of an unit price file 11 by the business code and the code of a person in charge, this is multiplied by a necessary time written in the voucher 1 and the results value of the labor cost is calculated. This results value is stored to a results file 13 together with a generating date and the code of the person in charge in separating to the business code. On the other hand, in the case of the appropriating voucher, the total amount of the cost is stored to the file 13 together with the generating date and the code of the person in charge in separating to a cost code. A processing part 4 prepares a process cost control chart 5 and the graph based on the contents of the file 4 and outputs them to a display 6 or a printer 14.</p> |
