PURPOSE:To obtain always a proper air inlet flow speed through the changeover of the passage area of a lead valve by forming a plurality of diverging passages inside the lead valve and moreover, providing at one diverging passage a rotary valve rotated according to the revolution number of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of outflow windows 1c are formed at the air inlet flow exit 1b of a lead valve 1, and moreover, leads 5 which are openable and closable are respectively fixed at respective outflow windows 1c. In the above structure, two diverging passages, 3a, 3b, in large and small diameters, are provided extendingly at the inside of the lead valve 1 by dividing an air inlet passage 2 on the side of an air inlet flow entrance 1b by means of a partition 3c. And a rotary valve 4 is rotatably shaft-supported at the small diametered diverging passage 3b. Also, an air inlet passage suitable for the small diametered diverging passage 3b is formed at the rotary valve 4, and at the same time, an engine revolution number inspecting means 6 is linked. As a result, the rotary valve 4 is rotated according to the revolution number of the engine, and the small diametered diverging passage 3b is opened/closed.
