PURPOSE:To obtain always a proper air inlet flow speed through changing the area of an air inlet passage by making a plurality of wing-shaped valves which are shaft-supported swingably at the air inlet passage of a lead valve link mutually and making them open/close according to the revolution number of an engine. CONSTITUTION:Respective wing-shaped valves 3a, 3b are respectively swingably shaft-supported on the right and left side walls at an air inlet passage 2 linked on the air inlet flow entrance 1a side of a lead valve 1. And respective wing- shaped valves 3a, 3b are connected to each other through a pin 3c, and at the same time, form a plane portion 3d whose whole surface comes into contact with the inner portion side wall 1d of the lead valve 1. Also, an engine revolu tion number inspecting means 6 is linked at one wing-shaped valve 3, and at the same time, the main portion of the inspecting means 6 is made up of a governor mechanism and a swing mechanism. As a result, respective wing-shaped valves 3a, 3b are made to link and open/close according to the revolution num ber of an engine, and the passage area of the lead valve 1 is made to change.
