PURPOSE:To reduce the cost or a product by forming an annular projecting part around the hole of one part of welding member, arranging a welding leg on the other part of the welding member as well and welding both members at the tip of the welding leg. CONSTITUTION:An annular projecting part 20 is formed against the hole 11 of one part of a welding member 10 of a cylinder, etc. and an annular welding leg 21 is formed in advance on the other part of a welding member 12. Both welding members 10, 12 are located so as to surround the projection part 20 by the welding leg 21 and the outer periphery 30 at the tip of the welding leg 21 is welded by a welding means. In this case, the spatter accompanied by welding and molten Fe are checked by the projection part 20 of the member 10 and prevented to come into the hole 11 of the member 10. Accordingly the need for the finishing work of the deburring of the product inside after welding is eliminated. The cost of product is therefore reduced.
