PURPOSE:To prevent particles from cohering and lumping so as not to cause a defect by using tetrafluoroethylene and two species of powder different in their particle diameters so as to obtain composition of sheet shape. CONSTITUTION:Two species of powder different in their average particle diameters and PTFE are mixed and blended to obtain composition of sheet shape. Hence small particles are prevented from penetrating into gaps formed among large particles and cohering together and becoming larger lump. After the formation of the sheet, no defect occurs. A ratio of diameters between two particles is made to be in the range of 3 to 6. |
