PURPOSE:To simplify an operability and to improve a working efficiency by clearing a storage means and presetting it to a work coordinate system to shift a work origin offsetting quantity from a machine origin when a work coordinate system presetting command is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A computer built-in numeric value control device 1 has a CPU 10, the CPU 10 reads for one block by the NC program stored into a nonvolatile memory 13, executes the processing to prepare the execution form data and executes the block execution task processing to respective axes through an axis control circuit 15 based on the prepared execution form data. On the other hand, the memory 13 stores the shifting quantity of respective axes to shift when the processing to shift the work coordinate system is executed. When the work coordinate system presetting command is inputted from a program or a manual data input device, the stored shifting quantity is cleared and preset to the work coordinate system to shift the work origin offsetting quantity only from the machine origin. Thus, the operability is simplified and the working efficiency can be improved.
