PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out operation for washing fallen ashes with water, by connecting a hose to a water sprinkling equipment having many nozzle holes arranged in gate type structure and drawing the hose when a traveling equipment is traveled to the direction apart from a water supplying source. CONSTITUTION:A traveling equipment is advanced to the direction of arrow line W1 while letting out a hose 3 from a dram for automatically winding equipment 61 to clean tobacco leaves. When the traveling equipment 1 is attained the end of levee 100, the traveling equipment 1 is rotated in the arrow line W2 direction and enters into adjacent levee 101. At this time, the hose 3 is detached from a hose guide 25 to release a stopper pin 53. After an operator sets the direction of a supporting arm 51 with the hand, the stopper pin 53 is treated with the hand of operator to stop the rotation of a turn table 52.
