<p>In a process for inserting an optical component (7) in a receiving bore of a support (1) without soldering, component (7) and support (1) are hermetically joined. The optical component (7) is provided with a conical collar (12) made of solder and is inserted in a receiving bore (2) of the support (1) provided with a solder layer (10) in such a way that both parts are joined by cold pressure welding. This process can be implemented in optical couplings and in beam waveguides.</p> |
