USE:An insecticide exhibiting excellent insecticide effect to especially insects, readily decomposable and safe to useful aquatic creatures. PREPARATION:An isocyanate based compound expressed by formula IV is reacted with a benzamide based compound expressed by formula V (R1' is alkyl), as necessary in the presence of an acid acceptor (e.g. sodium hydride) in a solvent such as dimethylformamide at -10-100 deg.C to provide the compound expressed by formula I.
