<p>Process for producing avirulent immunizing cold blood viruses, in particular viruses of the family Rhabdoviridae, by adaptation to warm blood cell cultures and to a culture temperature up to 30 DEG C and culture of the adapted strains in a mass culture. Said strains are useful as antigens in vaccines. The invention concerns the adaptation of the rhabdovirus, which causes viral hemorrhagic septiciemia of trout (abbreviation VHS) and Rhabdovirus carpio which causes Spring Viremia of carp (abbreviation SVC).</p> |
