ULTRASONIC OSCILLATOR

The oscillator comprises a power rectification section supplying 05!power!to!an!amplifier!that!includes!feedback!to!keep!its output in phase with the power section input. The amplifier drives an ultrasonic wave converter connecting to a horn leading to an operating nozzle. Shock liable to be imposed on the converter or horn is buffered by a circuit which, e.g. includes a resistor (49) in series with a starting swtich (48) and the base of a transistor (50), and a parallel bank of a capacitor (52) and a second resistor (51) between the transistor's base and a connection line (53). A suction hole in the horn cleans the periphery of the operation area, and sucks and removes floating cells.
