<p>PURPOSE:To enable a flowmeter body to be made of resin, etc., and to facilitate its cost reduction by providing a filmy conductor for electrostatic capacity formation and generating radio-wave resistance trouble. CONSTITUTION:A film type heat generating resistance element 1 and a film type temperature sensing element 2 are of the same constitution, and a filmy conductor 6 is formed as a resistance body on one surface of a dielectric instrument body 5 made of a rectangular alumina plate by vapor-depositing Pt so that a desired resistance value is obtained. Simultaneously, a filmy conductor 7 is formed on the same surface with the conductor 6 at the peripheral part by vapor-depositing Pt to form an electrode element. Those conductors 6 and 7 are provided with electrodes 8 to allow external connections. Then the conductor 7 is grounded and held at a common potential, and consequently the conductor 6 is held at the common potential while having sufficiently low impedance within a desired frequency range; and equivalent radio wave resistance trouble is obtained and sufficient practicability is obtained regardless of the plastic formation of the flowmeter body 4, etc.</p> |
