<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a live vaccine having increased titer stability at high temperature by multiplying a seed virus in a culture system using 199 solution for tissue culture to give a live vaccine and blending the live vaccine with well- known plural stabilizers in a specific concentration ratio. CONSTITUTION:A seed virus is multiplied in a culture system using 199 solution for tissue culture to give each single live vaccine of measles, mumps and rubella or a mixed live vaccine, which is incorporated with a stabilizer component consisting of 2.5-5% W/V as final concentration of lactose, 2.5-5% W/V saccharose, 1.8-2% W/V D-sorbitol, 0.1% W/V sodium glutamate and 2-3% W/V gelatin hydrolyzate having about 35,000 molecular weight. The vaccine solution is lyophilized and a thermostable vaccine having high vaccine titer can be obtained.</p> |
