PURPOSE:To quickly detect vacancy heating by stopping the generation of the alternating magnetic field from an induction heating coil in response to the rising detection by a rising detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When the preset voltage added in the 2T period is changed in response to the pot temperature, a comparator 43 compares to judge whether the temperature level signal VT reaches the level VT1 corresponding to the preset temperature T1 and controls the on or off of a transistor 40. A comparator 44 compares to judge whether the temperature level signal VT reaches the level VT2 (<VT1) corresponding to the preset temperature T2 (<T1) and controls the on or off of a transistor 42. The generation of the alternating magnetic field from an induction heating coil is stopped in response to the rising detection by a rising detecting means. The vacancy heating detection is thereby performed quickly. |
