INNER LINING METHOD FOR TUBE OF PIPELINE

PURPOSE:To deaerate between a pipeline and a tube at the time of curing and hardening a bonding agent by inserting an air-permeable component between the pipeline and the tube. CONSTITUTION:A tube 1 for inner lining and cord or belt-shaped permeable component 2 are pulled with a rope 3 and inserted into a pipeline (a). A bonding agent layer 4 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tube 1, and an air-permeable component 2 is placed between the pipeline (a) and the tube 1. When a compressor 7 is actuated, the tube 1 is fixed by pressure onto the inner surface of the pipeline (a). When a boiler car 8 is actuated and the inside of the tube 1 is retained in the heated and pressurized state for a given period of time, the bonding layer 4 is cured and hardened. Then, the residual air in recessed and projected sections a1 and porous sections a2 of the pipeline (a) is discharged out of the pipeline (a) through the air-permeable component 2.
