<p>PURPOSE:To realize high performance which could have been obtained only by high-quality products so far by combining a primary and secondary coils with differential connection and a moving body with a short ring for suppression of mutual induction. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil 1 and secondary coils 2, 3 on a hollow core are connected differentially. A moving body 41 provided with a short ring 7 for suppression of mutual induction is inserted between the primary coil 1 and the secondary coils 2, 3. The short ring is made of a material with high electrical conductivity such as copper and formed in a ring shape. As a result, an induced voltage of the secondary coils 2, 3 is the low voltage E2'', E3'' suppressed by the amount corresponding to the shielding space factor of the short ring 7. Thus a differential voltage E2''-E3'' produced according to the displacement of the moving body 41 is obtained. With this constitution, the performance which could have been realized only by high-quality products so far can be realized.</p> |
