<p>This invention relates to a machine for manufacturing filled up molded products consisting generally of a filling unit adapted to introduce a non-solid material from a filling up nozzle into an elastic filled up mold having an opened bag-shaped filled up portion, a solidification unit adapted to harden this material in the elastic filled up mold, and a withdrawal unit adapted to pull out the hardened packed material from the filled up portion of the elastic filled up mold, wherein the solidification unit is provided in its packed material semihardening position with a suction nozzle for sucking out the non-solid packed material from the interior of the elastic filled up mold. According to the present invention, a filled up mold consisting of an elastic filled up mold having an opened bag-shaped filled up portion is used, so that a filled up molded product with no split lines can be manufactured.</p> |
