PURPOSE:To enable withdrawal of chemical analysis slides held in multiple package bodies for supply to a cartridge or the like, by arranging a tray, a package body withdrawing means, a slide withdrawing means and a slide supply means. CONSTITUTION:A tray 11 houses a plurality of multiple package bodies 8 for chemical analysis slides 2. A package body withdrawing means 12 takes out the multiple package bodies 8 housed in the tray 11 while being fed to a slide withdrawing means 13, which breaks a lower sheet on the multiple package bodies 8 to take out the chemical analysis slides 2 from inside. Then, a slide supply means 15 conveys the chemical analysis slides 2 taken out of the multiple package bodies 8 to a cartridge 14 or an analyzer and, then, sends them to supply.
