A carrier (10), for attachment to a shaft flange or the like, and a flywheel mass (18) are arranged coaxially at a radial distance from one another and connected to one another by a plurality of spring elements (20) made of rubber-elastic material which are arranged spaced apart in the circumferential direction between the carrier (10) and the flywheel mass (18). The carrier (10) and the flywheel mass (18) are assigned flexible rolling tracks (22, 24) which lie pairwise radially opposite one another and, in their centre, are at only a short distance from a respective, at least approximately cylindrical, surface of the carrier (10) and the flywheel mass (18). Between the flexible rolling tracks (22, 24) there lie rolling elements (32) of circular cross-section which, in comparison with the spring elements (20), are rigid and can roll along the rolling tracks (22, 24). Formed on the rolling elements (32) there in each case at least one eccentric or noncircular flange (36) which strikes against the flywheel mass (18) and/or the carrier (10) after a certain rotation of the rolling element. This prevents unrestricted rotation of the rolling elements (32) about their own axis (B), which would damage the rolling tracks (22, 24). <IMAGE>
