摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a tubular material of high quality at low cost by fitting a shrinkable composite reinforced fabric onto an outer periphery of a tubular main body. CONSTITUTION:A shrinkable composite reinforced fabric 2 constituted of two kinds of yarn knitted into a cylindrical shape, amorphous long fibers 2a and fibers 2b selected out any of carbon fibers, glass fibers, or aramid fibers, is fitted onto an outer periphery of a tubular main body 1 constituted of a prepreg sheet 1a wrapped around a core bar 3. After that, both ends thereof are pulled outwardly in the axial direction, and adhere closely to the outer surface of the tubular main body 1. A specified tubular material A is manufactured by wrapping the same with a tape 4, curing and removing the core bar 3.
