PURPOSE:To enable a wire to be wound up firmly without rising upward while preventing a structural component from coming into contact with a bonding agent coated on a groove along the inner core periphery by a method wherein the wire is wound up by centrifugal force while being pressed against the bottom of the groove. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical core is held by a core holder 2 during the winding process, a wire is fed by a wire feeder 1 and after holding the end of the wire coming out of a wire guide nozzle 54 by a wire end holder 25, the core holder 2 is driven by a core driving means 4 and then the core holder 2 and the wire guide nozzle 54 to be turned keeping pace with the holder 2 are relatively shifted in the core axle direction by a nozzle position adjustment means 6 while being turned at high speed using the core center as a pivot so that the wire coming out of the wire guide nozzle 54 may pass through a wire drawing-out groove along the inside periphery of core while the outlet of the wire guide nozzle 54 may be aligned with a winding groove 81 along the inside periphery of core. Finally, a nozzle driving means 5 is actuated to turn the wire guide nozzle 54 at relatively lower speed than that of the cylindrical core turning at high speed so that the wire may be wound up by centrifugal force while being pressed against the bottom of the winding groove 81.
