发明名称 GLASS PLATE ASSEMBLY FOR PREPARATION OF GEL OF SLAG TYPE ELECTROPHORETIC DEVICE AND ELECTROPHORETIC ANALYSIS METHOD USING SAID ASSEMBLY
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a migration analysis by using only the slag type migration device commonly for one-dimensional and two-dimensional migration and to contrive a reduction in analysis cost and improvement in analysis performance by juxtaposing plural spacers having the same thickness as the thickness of spacers between the spacers. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the spacers 2 are provided on a glass plate 1 of a glass plate assembly along the opposite side margins thereof and many pieces of the spacers 3 having the same thickness as the thickness thereof are stuck therebetween. The grooves between the spacers is set at equal intervals and the spacers 2 are made slightly longer at the lower margin of the glass plate 1. A gasket 4 made of silicone rubber is then disposed on the outside circumference of the spacer 2 and the glass plate 5 is superposed on the glass plate 1 and is tightly fixed by means of fixtures. A soln. is poured from the top end of the spacers 3 and the gel for one-dimensional migration is prepd. by polymerizing and solidifying the gel soln. Further, respectively different sample liquids are poured into plural pieces of the grooves from the top ends thereof and are loaded into the slag migration device, by which the one-dimensional migration analysis is executed. The glass plates 1, 5 are stripped after the on-dimensional migration analysis and the migration gels are taken out. The gels are cut off by each piece and are used for the next two-dimensional migration.
