PURPOSE:To maintain a shape and posture of a bellows in normal by providing bellows shape maintaining guides on holding members arranged between both end members penetrating fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION:End members 30, 31, for making both ends of a rodless cylinder S close in airtight, are fixed facing in a fixed distance by supporting shafts 10, 11 made of rigid metal rods. The supporting shafts 10, 11 are formed in hollow pipes and support a piston 1 freely slidable, and one ends of respective pipes are made te be connecting portions to an external supply and exhaust mechanism penetrating the end member 31. Extending and contructing action of bellows is performed by changing ever pressure mode of fluid chambers 4, 5 with supplying and exhausting air by turns from or to air supplying and exhausting ports 102, 112.
