A controller comprises a secondary controller with a synchronized input control which produces a secondary guide value which is stored in a buffer and fed to the secondary controller during a subsequent cycle. Depending on its sign, the signal emitted by the secondary controller is added to, or subtracted from, a control value signal obtained and stored during previous cycles, and then emitted with modulated amplitude or pulse width.
