PURPOSE:To obtain the titled highly transparent sheet of surface smoothness, by applying surface-smoothing treatment on a sheet prepared by immersing an electrically conductive net in a low-viscosity polyurethane liquid composition followed by defoaming, drying and curing to easily remove the air bubbles from the net. CONSTITUTION:First, a surface-smoothing treatment is applied on a sheet prepared by immersing an electrically conductive net in a polyurethane liquid composition of a viscosity <=3,000mPa.s followed by defoaming, drying and curing. Said surface-smoothing treatment is, e.g., surface-planishing with a hot roll, coating with a solventless type polyurethane, etc. Said polyurethane liquid composition is pref. of a viscosity <=2,000mPa.s, whereas the defoaming can effectively carried out using a supersonic technique. |
