PURPOSE:To securely regenerate data from respective nodes by using one of plural slots to be sent onto a ring network as a control slot, providing the control slot with a use flag, and turning on and off the flag. CONSTITUTION:A use right sending means 1 is connected to the ring network 2 and detects the control slot transmitted through the ring network and when the use flag of the slot is off, the flag is turned on. A package transmitting means 3 insert sent data into an empty slot circulating in the ring network 2 in packet units after turning on the use flag of the control slot by the use right sending means 1, and a use right end means 4 turns off the use flag of the control slot when a packet data sending means 3 finishes sending the data. Consequently, the simple circuit can regenerate data.
