摘要 PURPOSE:To measure samples in various shapes by performing arithmetic operation based upon amplitude ratio data and phase difference data from a measurement data input part and a sample deformation mode from a condition input part. CONSTITUTION:A detection part 1 observes the deformation of a sample when the sample is applied with a bending, deviating, or tensile sine wave force as displacement to detect the frequency of the sine wave force, the amplitude ratio of the sine wave force and displacement, and the phase difference between the sine wave force and displacement. The measurement data input 2 for inputting the frequency data, amplitude ratio data, and phase difference data is connected to the detection part 1. The condition data input part 3 selects the bending deformation, shearing deformation, or tensile deformation to be performed and also inputs sample shape parameters. An arithmetic part 4 is connected to the measurement data input part 2 and condition data input part 3 and performs the arithmetic operation based upon a specific expression and a data output part 5 outputs complex elasticity measurement data.
