PURPOSE:To ensure accurate product control with high reliability by holding the control information that is logical to a human being and unified with a product in a control file and carrying out the processing and output of the control data. CONSTITUTION:The instructions and the instruction data on users are inputted and the contents of these instructions are analyzed. Then the form and the structure of a control subject are defined to a control file 17 in response to the instruction data in case the contents of instructions define the form and the structure of the control subject. Then the production and maintenance are carried out to the file 17 and a product file 18. Thus the data on the file 17 are retrieved, replaced and processed or outputted to an output file 20. These processing results are displayed. Thus it is possible to ensure the accurate product control with high reliability.
