To avoid sorting packaged goods (9), an automatic vending machine has a box (8) which is open on one side. This open side is inclined in the direction of fall (12) of a dispensing chute (11) and is covered by a band (6) preferably secured to a mounting frame for the box (8) and having an opening (10) through which the packaged goods can pass. The opening is displaced from one location of the packaged goods in the box (8) to another in synchronization with the movement of the band (6). |
