PURPOSE:To smoothly return a fluid in a valve chest to a port and to prevent abnormal increase in pressure by first liquefying a fluid in a tank, secondly liquefying a fluid in a port and a small hole and finally liquefying a fluid in the valve chest. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a liquid loaded in a tank lorry is solidified, when a heating medium valve 14 is opened to feed a heating medium to a jacket portion 13 of a tank 6, a fluid in the tank 6 is first liquefied completely. After that, a fluid in a port 8 and a small hole 10 is liquefied by operation of timers 17, 22, the time of which are set a little longer than the melting time of the fluid and automatic heating medium valves 18, 21. Finally, a fluid in a valve chest 9 is liquefied to safely transfer the fluid. |
