PURPOSE:To enable the operational details to be immediately grasped without interrupting the operation as well as the title winding machine to be operated easily by anyone preventing any miss operation from occurring by a method wherein notches are cut in the boundary parts of respective regions of the peripheral part of a disc; a sensor is provided on the part near the disc of a machine frame; a brake to stop the sensor and the turning of a main axle is connected to interlock the sensing of the notches by the sensor with the actuation of the brake. CONSTITUTION:A disc pivoted on a central axle 4 is interlocked with a main axle 3 fitted with a bobbin 12 on its end to take almost one turn during the overall operational processes; notches 8 indicating the disc turning in the respective processes are cut in the disc in the order of the operational processes; a sensor 9 sensing the notches is provided on a machine frame 1; and a brake 10 to stop the turning of the main axle 3 by sensing the notches is provided together with the sensor 9. Consequently, the copper wire turns in respective processes can be counted accurately without fail. Furthermore, sectors 23 curresponding to respective notches are formed on the disc 7 to outline 24 the operational details of the process in respective sectors so that the details may be grasped without interrupting the operation.
