PURPOSE:To prevent unevenness in rotation by making lubricant for a bearing electrically conductive. CONSTITUTION:A rotary cylinder 6 and a fixed cylinder 1 are electrically connected together via electrically conductive fluid lubricant on a bearing 4. Unevenness in rotation of the rotary cylinder 6 can be prevented by connecting the rotary cylinder 6 electrically to the fixed cylinder 1 in such wise.
