PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a formed hardened film by incorporating an addition-polymerizable compd. having >=100 deg.C b.p. under ordinary pressure, a photopolymn. initiator and a specified benzene deriv. CONSTITUTION:An addition-polymerizable compd. having >=100 deg.C b.p. under ordinary pressure, a photopolymn. initiator and a benzene deriv. represented by formula I are incorporated. In formula I, each of R1-R5 is H, 1-12C alkoxy or the like, each of R6 and R7 is H, 1-6C alkyl or the like and each of A, B, D and E is -CO-,-O- or the like. The addition-polymerizable compd. is preferably a compd. soluble in an org. solvent used so as to prepare a uniform compsn. with the photopolymn. initiator. Thus, a photopolymerizable compsn. forming a high strength hardened film can be obtd. |
