PURPOSE:To automatically discharge a fully loaded spool by winding up a long-size tape on a rotating spool in a horizontal plane, lifting up the fully loaded spool to remove it from the wounding part, transferring it in a horizontal direction, and lowering and loading it on a conveying bogie. CONSTITUTION:A rotary head 1 is rotated by a pulley 4 installed on a rotary shaft 3 and a belt 5 to wind up a long-size tape T fed from an upper course side forming a fully loaded spool S. The fully loaded spool S, together with an endless belt conveyor 6, is pushed upward by means of a lifter 7. Then, the belt conveyor 6 is rotated to move the fully loaded spool S in the arrow A direction, which is translocated on a supporting arm 14. And, by engaging the vertical shaft 22 of a bogie D with the center hole of a spool 2, the fully loaded spool S is lowered onto the bogie D. When the bogie D is loaded to the full, it is moved to the next process site. Thereby, the discharge of a fully loaded spool with a large weight can be automatized. |
