PURPOSE:To transfer the status changes for twice or over caused between adjacent samplings by sending supervisory information corresponding to the status of a leading edge detection signal and a trailing edge detection signal at a sampling time point. CONSTITUTION:When a supervisory signal to be inputted is sampled by a sampling pulse, the status change between the preceding sampling point and the present sampling point is discriminated by a status discrimination means 5 to send the corresponding information as supervisory information and the means 5 applies the following discrimination. At first, when no change is detected in the output of a leading edge detection means 3 and a trailing edge detection means 4, the input state is transferred as the supervisory information. When only the output of the means 3 is detected, the level of the prescribed state is transferred as the supervisory information. When only the output of the means 4 is detected, the other prescribed state level is transferred as the supervisory information. When the change in the output of both the means 3, 4 is detected, the inverse of the preceding supervisory information is transferred as the supervisory information. |
