PURPOSE:To prevent the wear of an insulating member and to prevent shortcircuiting phenomenon by adhering a low friction member in a part of a flexible wiring plate which is an electronic conductive member to a scanning/ exposure light source to reduce the friction between the plate and its peripheral members, and to reduce the load on a drive motor. CONSTITUTION:The exposure light source 40 and a movable mirror unit 70 are driven in the same direction respectively at speeds V and 1/2V by a driver (not shown in the figure). In regard to the part of the flexible wiring plate 80, the part extending from the vicinity of the connecting part to the unit 40 to its middle part, moves associatively with the moving of the unit 40 and slides against peripheral members. Hence, in a part (which slides against the peripheral members) of the wiring plate 80 and a part (which slides against the wiring plate 80) of the unit 70, low-frictional members 81, 87 are adhered. Accordingly, a friction due to the sliding between the plate 80 and the peripheral members is reduced, hence the load on the drive motor also can be reduced, furthermore, the wear with the insulating member can be prevented, hence a shortcircuiting phenomenon can be prevented.
