发明名称 SINTERED SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a sintered soft magnetic material having superior magnetic characteristics at a low cost by mixing Fe, Co and Mn powders in a specified ratio, press-molding and sintering the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Co, Mn and Fe powders each having -350 mesh particle size are mixed so that the mixture is composed of 45-52wt.% Co, 0.2-3.0wt.% Mn and the balance Fe or may further be mixed with <=2.0wt.% powder of Pb, Nb, W, Ti, Ni, Cu, Zn or Mo or <=5.0wt.%, in total, of powders of two or more kinds of such metals. The mixture is then mixed with 0.8wt.% zinc stearate as a lubricant and press-molded. After the zinc stearate is volatilized and removed from the molded body by heating to 400 deg.C in vacuum, the molded body is sintered at 1,300 deg.C in a gaseous Ar atmosphere. A sintered soft magnetic material having high saturation magnetic flux density can be produced at a low cost.
