PURPOSE:To prevent an object to be controlled from being disturbed at its operation by providing the titled device with an input side opening/closing circuit inserted into the input side of a compensating circuit, an output side opening/closing circuit inserted into the output side of the compensating circuit and a control circuit and simultaneously opening and closing the loop of a servo system before and after the compensating circuit. CONSTITUTION:When respective opening/closing circuits 5A, 5B are simultaneously closed by a loop opening/closing signal 13 outputted from the control circuit 12A, the initial value of the servo loop system shows response characteristics from a zero state, so that a control variable 2 can be prevented from being disturbed. When the input side opening/closing device 5A is opened at the time of opening the servo loop, an output signal of the compensating circuit 6 is not immediately turned to zero even if its input signal is turned to zero by a differential and integrating elements in the circuit 6, but since the output side opening/closing circuit 5B is simultaneously opened, a manipulated variable 8 inputted to an actuator 9 is immediately turned to zero. Since the object to be controlled is not completely prevented from being disturbed by opening/closing the servo loop simultaneously before and after the compensating circuit 6, the control efficiency and reliability of the servo system can be improved.
