PURPOSE:To enable to simply mold and form a ceramic consisting of each oxide of Cu, Ba and Y, by mixing and burning each alkoxide of Cu, Ba and Y. CONSTITUTION:Cu Alkoxide is mixed with Ba alkoxide and Y alkoxide and the mixture is further properly hydrolyzed and then burned when a ceramic consisting of a Cu oxide, Ba oxide and Y oxide is formed. The burning is preferably carried out at 500-1,300 deg.C. Ceramic molding having superconductivity and desired shape can be also obtained by maintaining atomic ratio of each metal of Cu, Ba and Y, i.e. Y:Ba:Cu to 1:2:3. |
