PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of circulating air stream, by a method wherein an above-floor suction and blow-off ports is provided above a floor panel below a casing and dampers are provided between the abovefloor suction and blow-off port as well as an upper blow-off and suction port and the outlet port of a heat exchanger as well as the inlet port of a fan respectively, in the title system for an office building or the like. CONSTITUTION:First and third dampers 47, 55 are opened while second and fourth damper 51, 59 are closed during room cooling in summer. Accordingly, indoor cool air flows into an air-conditioning machine 29 from an abovefloor blow-off and suction port 43 as shown by full-line arrow signs in a diagram and becomes cool air through the first damper 47, a fan 33 and a heat exchanger 35, then, is sucked out from the upper blow-off and suction port 39 through an underfloor blow-off port 41 and the third damper 55. During room heating in winter, the first damper 47 and the third damper 55 are closed while the second damper 51 and the fourth damper 59 are opened whereby the suction and the blow-off of respective ports are reversed as shown by broken-line signs in the diagram. According to this constitution, the optimum control of circulating air stream may be facilitated. |
