PURPOSE:To shorten a kneading time, to reduce power energy consumption and to enhance productivity, by mounting a kneader having a rotor, a phase detection means for detecting the phase of the rotor and a chemicals charging means for charging chemicals in the kneader. CONSTITUTION:The chemicals charging apparatus 21 of a kneader 22 has a phase detection means 23 for detecting the phases of the rotors 3 of the kneader 22 and a chemicals charging means 24. When the rotors 3 of the kneader 22 are rotated and the L-shape plates 27A of proximity switches 27 approach the sensors 27a of a pair of switch parts 27B, signals C1, C2 are respectively transmitted to a control unit 28 from a pair of the proximity switches 27. The control unit 28 detects the optimum predetermined phase from the signals C1, C2 to generate a chemicals charging signal C3 to the chemicals charging means 24. The chemicals charging means 24 charges preliminarily weighed chemicals between the rotors 3 in the kneader 22 at the time of the optimum predetermined phase. Therefore, in batch production repeating kneading, a kneading start period becomes constant and the operation of the kneader becomes constant. As a result, no irregularity is generated in kneading and a kneading time is shortened. |
